Mr. Cerasi has over 13 years experience working with technology in numerous fields. Over the last 8 years, he has focused on Digital Forensics, eDiscovery and most recently Information Management.

As Director of I-Analysis, Mr. Cerasi has acted for clients across the APAC region on a variety of matters such as enforcement of intellectual property rights, investigation of financial irregularities, theft of confidential data, criminal breach of trust and computer crime related offences.

Mr. Cerasi has project managed the collection, preservation and processing of data in eDiscovery matters for a range of local and overseas litigation and arbitration matters.

Mr. Cerasi has appeared as an expert witness in the District and High Courts of Singapore; he is a member of the Singapore Law Society and has been cited and published in numerous periodicals including the Singapore Straits Times.

Alan Watkins has worked for law firms and companies, bridging the gap between legal and IT for12 years. Prior to joining Clearwell 2 years ago, Alan worked as a Senior Analyst for Latham and Watkins for the European and Middle Eastern Offices. Alan is a technical expert in the area of legal software, and his predominant role with Symantec is to position customers for success with their understanding of the Clearwell eDiscovery platform.

He has expertise in the area of how Clearwell capabilities relate to archiving, and improve the management of data. Alan regularly consults with the Fortune 1000 and law firms alike to teach them best practices for internal investigations, law suits, and regulatory matters. Alan’s role is global with particular concentration in the Asia Pacific region, but has also worked extensively in the United Kingdom and United States.

Edmund Kronenburg is the Managing Partner of Braddell Brothers LLP, Singapore’s third-oldest law firm (founded in 1883).  He began his legal career at Drew & Napier in 1996.

Edmund has over 16 years of experience as a litigator and arbitration counsel, representing parties in trials and appeals in the Singapore courts, as well as in arbitrations held in Singapore, Jakarta and the region.

The Legal 500 (Asia-Pacific, 2012 edition) describes him as “aggressive”, “articulate” and a “good strategist”.
